Aaaaaand the best part of the day for the workers: NAPTIME! Everyday after lunch everyone gets to take a lovely nap. Aaaahhh!

Rachel lives in Chichigua with her 2 brothers, 1 sister, mom (pregnant with another girl) and step-dad. Though she lives in a Haitian batey, she and her sister and one of her brothers don’t speak Haitian Creole. Rachel (pronounced Rah-chel, not Ray-chel) is great friends with Franchesca, who also lives in Chichigua and is also in Profe Ashley’s class. She is a tough girly-girl who loves to play with dolls and wear pink.
