I know that the blogs from me are not as exciting as the ones from the people on the trips, and now that some are back, I’m sure they’ll be blogging soon. hint hint.
Another small team left today for Port au Prince. This one is heading for two Haitian-run orphanages that haven’t received any help. Our friend Esther gave us information about these orphanages, one with 65 kids and one with 75. We quickly rounded up a team: Jake, our neighbor and teacher at SCS, Evans, a Haitian student studying in the DR, and Pablo, trusted driver. They left at 6:30 this morning and will stop in Santo Domingo on the way to load up with supplies. Pray that they can find both locations with the directions that they have. And once again, thank you to all of you who have contributed to make these trips possible!
